AI Podcast Player Support
Use this page as the public support URL for the AI Podcast Player TestFlight pilot.
Before Reporting
- Confirm the podcast RSS URL opens in Safari and contains playable audio enclosures.
- Check that the episode status becomes Ready before starting playback.
- If subtitles are missing, retry Prepare Episode once after network connectivity is stable.
- For playback issues, test the same episode while connected to Wi-Fi.
Service Status
The API health endpoint is available at /healthz. It reports backend readiness, transcription configuration, translation configuration, and database backend state.
Support Scope
The current pilot supports RSS import, backend transcription, Chinese translation, bilingual subtitle playback, background audio, and Apple Podcasts-style episode playback.
